Transavia is a low-cost airline and in typical fashion the passenger only pays for the basic air fare. Customers themselves decide whether or not you they wish to add any extras which then have to be paid for. As with all low cost carriers the earlier you book, generally speaking, the lower the fare. Transavia offer point to point fares to 90 destinations so if you are booking "connecting" flights you must ensure that you have sufficient time between flights to allow for any delays as should you miss a flight the responsibility will be yours!! You do, however, get 20 kgs of FREE, yes thats for nothing, baggage allowance which puts Transavia well ahead of most low cost airlines.
